If you are buying a new home or an investment property we offer a specific RICS product: The Home Survey Level 2. For a fixed, fully inclusive fee this pre-purchase service offers the following:

1. A valuation to check that you are paying a "Fair Price".

2. A survey to check the property over for any defects that you should know about before you commit.

3. An insurance re-build cost calculation.

4. We are then on hand to discuss the findings of the survey and advise on how to proceed.

We are totally impartial, we have our client's best interests at heart and will advise accordingly. Most importantly we are not trying to sell you anything other than carefully considered, no nonsense property advice.
