Planned and Preventative, Routine Maintenance

Protect the value of your asset

Once completed it is essential to manage the property in accordance with good estate management practice and manufacturers’ guidelines to protect the value of the asset and to allow trouble free enjoyment of the dwelling.

We will write an integrated “Planned and Preventative Maintenance Plan” and ensure that the building remains in top condition such that it will give good service and can be sold with a Full Service History (FSH).

Proper planned and preventative maintenance will not only enhance your enjoyment of the property, as things work better and are kept within warranty thereby helping to control costs, but a full service history relating to the ownership of the building will enhance saleability and probably value as the purchaser and indeed the purchaser’s surveyor will receive a clear message the property has been properly looked after by a conscientious and educated owner.
